Does it hurt?
Discomfort is minimal. We use topical numbing cream before and during semi-permanent procedures. Most clients describe it as light pressure or mild scratching.
How long does it take to heal?
Initial healing takes 7-14 days. Color looks darker for the first week, then softens by 30-40%. Full results are visible at 6-8 weeks after your touch-up.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Yes for all semi-permanent and corrective work. No for makeup and brow sculpting. Consultations are 15 min and held in-studio or virtually.
What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Where are you located and is parking available?
We’re located in Dzorwulu, Accra. Exact address and parking details are sent once your booking is confirmed for client privacy and security.
12-18 months depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Oily skin and sun exposure can shorten longevity. Annual color boosts are optional.
Do I need a touch-up?
Yes. A touch-up at 6-8 weeks is included in your initial service price. This is when we refine shape, density, and color for optimal retention.
Am I a candidate for semi-permanent brows?
Most clients are. You may not be a candidate if you are pregnant, nursing, on blood thinners, have certain skin conditions, or a history of keloid scarring. We assess this during your consultation.
Can you fix brows done badly elsewhere?
Often yes, but it depends on the original work, scar tissue, and pigment depth. We require a consultation + photos beforehand to assess feasibility and sessions needed.
How many sessions will correction take?
Most corrections take 2-3 sessions spaced 6-8 weeks apart. Color neutralization and camouflage can’t be rushed without compromising results. We’ll give you a clear plan after assessment.
Is correction more painful than virgin brows?
Not necessarily. Scar tissue can be more sensitive, but we adjust technique and numbing accordingly. Discomfort remains minimal for most clients.

Can I get brow sculpting if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, but we’ll do a patch test during your appointment. If you have active irritation or eczema around the brows, we’ll reschedule until it clears.
Can I wear makeup after brow sculpting?
Avoid water and makeup on the brows for 24 hours after lamination and tint. After that, you can wear makeup as usual. Avoid oil-based removers to extend results.
Yes, we offer on-location makeup within Accra and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply based on location and team size. Bridal bookings include a mandatory trial.
What do I need to bring to my makeup appointment?
Clean, moisturized skin and any inspo photos. For bridal, bring your veil, headpiece, and lip color if you want it included in the touch-up kit.
How long will my makeup last?
Our bridal and event glam is designed for 12+ hours with minimal touch-ups. We use long-wear products and setting techniques built for photos and Accra’s humidity.
